ShopYbf  is committed to making your shopping experience fuss-free and enjoyable. Please read through the following terms prior to making your purchase. By purchasing any merchandises and services through our Website, it represents that you have understood and agreed to accept, comply with, and be bound by ShopYbf's terms and conditions. 

ShopYbf may from time to time modify, alter or update these terms. Your continued use of www.ShopYbf.com, following any such change, constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as changed. Therefore, you are encouraged to refer to these Terms on an on-going basis.

PURCHASE AND DELIVERY INFO

1) Please ensure that the correct item in the correct colors/sizes has been selected before proceeding to check out. ShopYbf will not be able to amend your orders once they have been confirmed and no exchanges will be allowed if wrong colors/sizes are selected.

2) Upon payment verification, orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days. Please ensure that all required information are submitted during the payment process to avoid possible delays during shipping.

3) Mailing days fall on weekdays, excluding weekends and local public holidays(Singapore).

4) ShopYbf will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out should customer/ visitor opt for normal/ regular postage.

5) Customers will be contacted via email should ShopYbf receive any bounced parcels bearing their name. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after 3 months will be deemed as ShopYbf's property and no compensation will be offered.

6) All prices listed on this Website are in Singapore Dollars ("$") unless otherwise specified. All payments will be carried out in Singapore Dollars.

PRODUCTS

1) Colours of products may differ because of color calibration of individual's computer and may appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used. 

2) A difference of 3cm to 4cm between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.

PAYMENT

ShopYbf accepts payment via Paypal and Internet Banking (IB) Transfers.

1) Request for cancellation of order will be declined if any form of payment has been made.

2) For Internet Banking Transfers, you will need to make payment within 24 hours upon receiving the invoice via email before your order is cancelled and released. 

3) Payments will be verified within 24 hours. You are required to provide all relevant information needed in order for us to process your order.

4) It is the responsibility of the customer to provide relevant details required for us to process the order. ShopYbf will not be accountable for delays caused by incorrect/ insufficient payment details provided.

5) All payments can be made to either of ShopYbf's two official accounts:

  • Internet Banking

After you have made the payment transfer, please make sure to take note of all the details of the transfer before logging out of your Internet Banking system as you are required to provide those information when submitting payment details later on.  

6) Submitting Payment Details 
After making the payment transfer, all required payment details must be submitted on our Website (via Submit Payment Details) within 24 hours from the receipt of an invoice. This is a crucial step to completing your order hence it is important that you submit all required payment details accurately. 

Details required include:

   1.Internet banking nickname
   2. Bank account transferred to
   3. Transferred amount
   4. Transaction reference number
   5. Order Number

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

1) Please note that exchanges and returns are done on a case to case basis. Exchanges for sizing/colour will strictly not be entertained.

2) In case of item defects, kindly email us at shopybf@gmail.com within 10 working days of receiving the item(s). Email must include snapshots of the area of defect clearly.

3) If the defected item is still in stock, a replacement piece will be sent out together with a stamped envelope for the return of the defective piece. Customers will be required to mail the defected piece out to us within 7 working days. In the event whereby the defected item is out of stock, store credits/refunds may be issued. The refund will only be done if the item is being returned back to us. Meetups will strictly not be adhered to for exchanges and returns.

4) All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, unaltered and purchased directly from us with the tag intact should it come with it. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly.

 

ShopYbf hereby reserves all rights to make amendments to any of the above Terms. In the event of any dispute, ShopYbf reserves the right of final decision.
